As landlords ourselves, we understand the level of service required to successfully manage property rental and letting portfolios and recognise that good communication and trust is possibly the most important part of the business relationship. We do not have set fees as we will structure our service to suit your requirements however for your guidance our fees tend to be (all fees are inclusive of vat):
Fully Managed – Up to – 14.4% of the monthly rent
Rent Collection – Up to – 9.6% of the monthly rent
Tenant Find Fee – From £200 depending on requirements (inc)
We promote a paperless system and endeavour to email statements, tenancy agreements and other correspondence as and where possible – if you require paper copies please let us know – we will charge a fee to cover this cost.
