When do we get paid?
We transfer the property rent money to your account on the working day it is received and post or e-mail your monthly statement the same day.
Do we have to arrange the gas safety certificate?
No. We will arrange this on your behalf.
How often is our rented property inspected?
Regularly. We can provide inspection reports if you wish.
Do we have to arrange maintenance?
We work closely with a number of reputable, trustworthy companies. We understand both the tenants needs and yet are aware that cost effectiveness and quality of work is crucial to our landlords.
