How do we secure a property we would like to rent?
When you’ve selected a property for rent we’ll ask you for a holding fee to secure the property for you. This holding fee equates to 1 weeks rent and we will request that you agree that this can be used toward your first months rent payment at the commencement of your tenancy.ensures that no other applicants can view or rent the property. Once received and the landlord is in agreement then we’ll ask you to complete an application form so we have all the information we need to proceed.
How much deposit do we pay?
When your application has been processed successfully, a security deposit equal to five weeks rent will be payable. The deposit will be held in accordance with the Tenancy Deposit Protection Scheme and will be returned to you at the end of your tenancy subject to any repairs or fees payable.
Do we pay the rent in advance or arrears?
All rent is payable one month in advance by standing order.
